1. Agreement and eligibility1. 协议适用与使用资格

Please read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy before using the Service. Where the application asks you to agree, your acceptance applies to this Agreement as presented at that time. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features that require acceptance. This document does not itself confirm that you have accepted any terms.

使用本服务前，请阅读本协议和隐私政策。当应用要求您同意协议时，您的同意适用于当时向您展示的协议版本。如不同意，请勿创建账号或使用需要同意协议的功能。本文件本身不代表您已经同意任何条款。

You must have the legal capacity to use the Service and satisfy any age, location or other eligibility requirements clearly stated for a feature. If your local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before use, and use the Service only where permitted. A parent’s permission does not override a feature’s minimum age or legal restrictions.

您应具备使用本服务所需的法律行为能力，并符合相关功能明确展示的年龄、地区及其他资格要求。如所在地法律要求父母或监护人许可，请在使用前取得许可，并仅在法律允许范围内使用。监护人许可不能替代功能的最低年龄要求或排除法律限制。

2. Accounts and account security2. 账号与账号安全

Some features require sign-in, including through Google where offered. Provide accurate information when it is required for account access, task verification or redemption. Keep access to your account secure and do not share, sell or transfer your account to evade activity rules. Notify us through the in-app support options if you suspect unauthorized use.

部分功能需要登录，包括应用提供的 Google 登录方式。为访问账号、核验任务或兑换奖励而要求提供的信息应真实准确。请妥善保护账号访问权限，不得通过共享、出售或转让账号规避活动规则。如怀疑账号被未经授权使用，请通过应用内客服入口联系我们。

Guest access, if available, may provide fewer features. Follow the account-linking and recovery options actually offered in the application; an animation or local display is not proof that guest progress has been linked to a signed-in account.

如提供游客访问，其功能可能受到限制。账号绑定和恢复应以应用实际提供的方式为准；动画或本地展示不能证明游客进度已绑定至登录账号。

3. Tasks, activities and third-party offers3. 任务、活动与第三方内容

Sunshine play may provide game discovery, tasks, daily check-in, questionnaires, level rewards, referral activities and promotional features such as Perks, TreasureHunt and LuckyDraw. Availability depends on the features and eligibility shown in your application. Individual activities may have additional rules covering participation, completion, timing and rewards. Review those rules before starting.

Sunshine play 可能提供游戏发现、任务、每日签到、问卷、等级奖励、邀请活动，以及 Perks、TreasureHunt、LuckyDraw 等推广功能。实际可用内容以应用向您展示的功能和资格为准。单项活动可能另有参与、完成、时间及奖励规则，请在开始前阅读。

Third-party games, advertisements, websites and payment services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy notices. Sunshine play branding or a third-party logo does not imply that the third party sponsors or guarantees Sunshine play rewards. Nothing in this section removes responsibilities that applicable law places on Sunshine play.

第三方游戏、广告、网站及支付服务由相应提供方运营，可能适用其各自的条款和隐私说明。Sunshine play 品牌或第三方标识的展示不表示该第三方赞助或保证 Sunshine play 奖励。本条不免除适用法律要求 Sunshine play 承担的责任。

4. Points, gems, sparks and rewards4. 积分、宝石、火花与奖励

Coins or points, gems and sparks represent the in-app units described for the relevant feature. They are not bank deposits, investments or legal tender. They do not have a fixed cash value except for a redemption opportunity expressly offered under the applicable rules. Any transfer, exchange, expiration or use restriction must be disclosed in those rules; this Agreement does not introduce an undisclosed expiration date or exchange rate.

金币或积分、宝石、火花是相关功能说明的应用内单位，不属于银行存款、投资产品或法定货币。除适用规则明确提供的兑换机会外，它们不具有固定现金价值。转让、兑换、有效期或使用限制应在相应规则中明确说明；本协议不新增未披露的到期日或兑换比例。

Rewards depend on valid completion of the stated conditions and verification using relevant records. Tracking, partner confirmation or processing may take time. Animations, progress effects, estimates and promotional illustrations do not change the applicable reward amount or guarantee receipt. If a displayed amount or completion record appears incorrect, contact support with the relevant task and account details so it can be reviewed.

奖励取决于有效完成已说明的条件及相关记录核验。追踪、合作方确认或处理可能需要时间。动画、进度效果、预计值和宣传图案不会改变适用的奖励金额，也不构成到账保证。如展示金额或完成记录有误，可向客服提供相关任务和账号信息以申请核查。

Verified mistakes or duplicate credits may be corrected with an explanation and a way to dispute the correction. This does not permit arbitrary removal of legitimately earned rewards or retroactive changes contrary to applicable law. Random-reward activities do not guarantee any particular prize; applicable entry requirements and prize information are the ones disclosed for the activity.

经核实的错误或重复发放可以更正，并应说明原因和提供提出异议的途径。这不允许任意取消合法获得的奖励，或作出违反适用法律的追溯变更。随机奖励活动不保证获得特定奖品，参与条件及奖品信息以该活动披露的内容为准。

5. Exchanges, withdrawals and payments5. 兑换、提现与支付

Gem-to-point exchanges, withdrawals, gift cards and PayPal redemptions, where available, are subject to the requirements shown before you confirm. These may include balances, task completion, thresholds, supported regions, payment-account requirements and limits. Review the amount, currency, conversion, fees, processing estimate and restrictions actually displayed. This Agreement does not establish a new fee, payout schedule or minimum withdrawal amount.

如提供宝石兑换积分、提现、礼品卡及 PayPal 兑换，应以确认前展示的要求为准，包括余额、任务完成情况、门槛、支持地区、收款账号要求及限额。请核对实际展示的金额、币种、兑换比例、费用、预计处理时间和限制。本协议不新增收费、到账时限或最低提现金额。

Use a receiving account you are authorized to use and check the details before submitting. Payment providers may require verification or decline a transaction under their rules or applicable law. If a request fails or is delayed, use the in-app record and support options to request a review. Nothing here guarantees immediate payment or waives a valid payment claim. You are responsible for taxes imposed on you by applicable law.

请使用您有权使用的收款账号，并在提交前核对资料。支付提供方可能依其规则或适用法律要求核验或拒绝交易。如申请失败或延迟，请通过应用内记录和客服入口申请核查。本条不保证即时付款，也不要求您放弃合法付款请求。依法应由您承担的税费由您负责。

If a paid product or subscription is offered, its price, renewal terms, cancellation options and any applicable refund rules must be disclosed before purchase. Any purchase is subject to that disclosure and the relevant store or payment provider’s rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. This Agreement itself does not authorize a charge or start a subscription.

如提供付费商品或订阅，其价格、续订条件、取消方式和适用退款规则应在购买前明确披露。购买适用该等说明及相关应用商店或支付方规则，但不限制法定消费者权利。本协议本身不授权扣款，也不会启动订阅。

6. Acceptable use6. 使用规范

Use the Service lawfully and follow the rules disclosed for each activity. Do not:

请依法使用本服务，并遵守各项活动已披露的规则。不得：

• Submit false completion evidence, fabricate referrals or use multiple accounts to bypass stated eligibility or reward limits.
• Use automation, modified clients, falsified device information or other tools to simulate task completion, manipulate records or obtain rewards fraudulently.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, access another person’s account or collect personal information without authorization.
• Submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material, impersonate others or misuse support channels.

• 提交虚假的任务完成证明、伪造邀请关系，或利用多个账号绕过已说明的资格和奖励限制。
• 利用自动化工具、修改版客户端、伪造设备信息或其他方式模拟任务完成、操纵记录或骗取奖励。
• 干扰服务、绕过安全控制、访问他人账号，或未经授权收集个人信息。
• 提交违法、侮辱或侵权内容，冒充他人，或滥用客服渠道。

These restrictions do not prohibit accessibility tools, uses expressly permitted by Sunshine play or activities protected by applicable law.

上述限制不禁止无障碍辅助工具、Sunshine play 明确允许的用途或适用法律保护的行为。

7. Privacy and device permissions7. 隐私与设备权限

Personal information is handled under the Sunshine play Privacy Policy and applicable notices and law. Consult that policy for information about data collection, use, sharing, retention and your rights. This Agreement does not independently grant new device permissions, expand data collection or replace any legally required consent.

个人信息依照 Sunshine play 隐私政策、适用告知和法律处理。有关收集、使用、共享、保留及您享有的权利，请查阅该政策。本协议不单独授予新的设备权限，不扩大信息收集范围，也不替代法律要求的同意。

Where a feature requests permissions, review the explanation shown at the time. You can manage permissions through your device settings. Refusing or withdrawing a permission may affect the feature that depends on it; it does not justify unrelated processing without a lawful basis. For personal-information matters, the Privacy Policy and mandatory law govern.

功能申请权限时，请阅读当时展示的说明。您可通过设备设置管理权限。拒绝或撤回权限可能影响依赖该权限的功能，但不构成无法律依据处理无关信息的理由。个人信息事项以隐私政策及强制性法律规定为准。

8. Intellectual property and your submissions8. 知识产权与提交内容

The application, design and content are protected by the rights of Sunshine play or their respective owners. You may use them for personal, lawful use of the Service, subject to this Agreement. Do not copy, distribute or exploit protected materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits it. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

应用、设计及内容受 Sunshine play 或相应权利人的权利保护。您可依本协议为个人合法使用本服务的目的使用这些内容。除法律允许外，未经授权不得复制、传播或利用受保护内容。第三方名称及标识归相应权利人所有。

You retain rights in content you submit, such as support messages and task evidence. You authorize us to use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, verify the relevant activity and meet legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you have no right to provide.

您保留对所提交内容（例如客服消息和任务证明）的权利。您授权我们仅在提供所请求服务、核验相关活动和履行法律义务合理必要的范围内使用该内容，并受隐私政策约束。请勿提交您无权提供的资料。

9. Restrictions, suspension and review9. 限制、暂停与复核

Where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, suspected fraud, a material breach or a legal requirement, we may temporarily restrict an affected feature, reward request or account. Measures should be proportionate to the issue. Where permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a support route to request review; urgent security measures may precede notice.

为处理安全事件、涉嫌欺诈、重大违约或法律要求而确有必要时，我们可以暂时限制受影响的功能、奖励申请或账号。措施应与问题程度相适应。在允许的情况下，我们将说明原因并提供通过客服申请复核的途径；紧急安全措施可能先于通知实施。

Restrictions do not automatically forfeit all accrued rewards. Any adjustment must relate to a supported reason, the disclosed activity rules and applicable law. You may contest an error through the in-app Help or Contact us options.

限制措施不当然导致全部累计奖励被取消。任何调整都应有依据，并符合已披露的活动规则及适用法律。如认为存在错误，您可通过应用内 Help 或 Contact us 入口提出异议。

10. Stopping use and deleting your account10. 停止使用与注销账号

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is available through the option offered in the application’s Settings. Read the confirmation carefully: the current application warns that account information and remaining balances will be permanently deleted. Before confirming, review pending rewards, redemptions and any support requests.

您可随时停止使用本服务。账号注销可通过应用设置中提供的入口进行。请仔细阅读确认提示：当前应用提示账号资料及剩余余额将永久删除。确认前，请检查尚未完成的奖励、兑换和客服请求。

Information may still need to be retained where the Privacy Policy and applicable law permit or require it. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription managed by a third-party store; if you have one, use that provider’s cancellation controls. Account deletion does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

在隐私政策和适用法律允许或要求的情况下，某些信息可能仍需保留。注销账号本身不会取消由第三方商店管理的订阅；如有此类订阅，请使用相应提供方的取消入口。注销不会排除依法不得放弃的权利。

11. Availability and responsibility11. 服务可用性与责任

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility and third-party outages may interrupt access or delay verification. Except for promises expressly made and rights required by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular earning level or success in a random-reward activity.

我们致力于提供可靠的服务，但维护、网络状况、设备兼容性及第三方服务故障可能造成访问中断或核验延迟。除明确作出的承诺及法律要求保障的权利外，我们不保证服务持续无中断、特定收益水平或随机奖励活动的获奖结果。

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. No universal liability cap or waiver of statutory remedies is created by this Agreement.

双方应在适用法律要求的范围内承担责任。本协议不排除依法不得排除的责任，包括关于欺诈、故意不当行为、人身损害或强制性消费者权利的适用保护。本协议不设置统一责任赔偿上限，也不要求放弃法定救济。

12. Changes to the Service or this Agreement12. 服务或协议变更

We may update the Service or this Agreement for operational, security or legal reasons. Material changes will be brought to your attention through a suitable in-app or official notice before they take effect where required. The notice should identify the revised version and effective date. Fresh consent will be sought when required by law.

我们可能因运营、安全或法律原因更新服务或本协议。重大变更将按法律要求，在生效前通过适当的应用内或官方通知提示，并说明修订版本和生效日期。法律要求重新取得同意时，应另行取得同意。

Changes must not retroactively remove valid accrued rights contrary to law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the affected service and contact support about existing rewards or unresolved requests.

变更不得违反法律而追溯取消已合法取得的权利。如不接受变更，您可停止使用受影响的服务，并就已有奖励或未解决的申请联系客服。

13. Disputes and mandatory rights13. 争议与法定权利

Please first contact us about a concern so that we can attempt to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to approach a regulator, consumer organization or court with jurisdiction. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the legal rules that apply to your situation, including mandatory protections where you live. This Agreement does not require arbitration or waive collective remedies.

如有争议，请先联系我们，以便尝试解决；这不限制您向有管辖权的监管机构、消费者组织或法院寻求救济的权利。适用法律和管辖依您具体情况适用的法律规则确定，包括您居住地的强制性保护。本协议不要求强制仲裁，也不要求放弃集体救济。

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The English and Chinese versions are intended to convey the same terms. Translation differences must not reduce mandatory consumer rights; contact support if clarification is needed.

如某项条款不能执行，其余条款在法律允许范围内继续适用。英文和中文版本旨在表达相同条款。翻译差异不得减损强制性消费者权利；如需澄清，请联系客服。

14. Contact14. 联系方式

For account, task, reward, withdrawal or agreement questions, use Profile → Check Us Out → Help / Contact us in the application. Include only the information reasonably needed to investigate, such as the relevant task, request reference and issue description. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment credentials.

如有账号、任务、奖励、提现或协议问题，请使用应用内 Profile → Check Us Out → Help / Contact us 入口。仅提供核查所需的合理信息，例如相关任务、申请编号和问题说明。请勿发送密码、登录验证码或支付凭据。
